Program Description:
The program is designed to provide students with a practical hands-on technical experience through a Certificate of Completion in designated technical specialization programs along with a Certificate of Completion in General Education (or Letter of Completion). Students will be prepared to transfer within the Utah System of Higher Education in a major of their choosing after having satisfied all General Education requirements for the transfer institution. Technical course transfer will be dependent upon the transfer institution and major selected. The program is designed to give students the skills necessary for technical employment while pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Career Opportunities: Provides entry level positions within a variety of technical businesses or shops with potential for rapid promotion. This is the first step towards starting or working in a technical business. Additional opportunities are available in marketing, management, sales, etc. The program is designed to allow technical employment while pursuing a bachelorette degree.

Estimated Time to Completion: If students follow the suggested sample schedule, time to completion is four semesters.
