NUTR 2900 - Special Topics in Nutrition/Dietetics

Credits: 1-4
This course will provide students with dietetics related experiences as well as develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the field of Nutrition/Dietetics. This course will provide students an opportunity to explore areas of interest through hands-on experience, literature research, or a combination of both.

Prerequisite: Instructor approval.
