NUTR 1030 - Introduction to Dietetics and Nutrition Science

Students learn about careers in dietetics and nutrition science as well as about the process of becoming a registered dietitian. This course does not discuss nutrition and health, but the schooling requirements and careers that are available to nutrition professionals.
