HLTH 1365 - Yoga Teacher Training IV

Credits: 3
Class studies advanced asanas, pranayamas, kriyas chanting, mantra, meditation and other traditional yoga techniques. Teaching methodology and ethics will be covered. It is recommended students complete HLTH 1350 prior to taking this course.
