KESL 0315 - Intermediate II Listening/Speaking Contact Hours: 120 This course develops English listening, speaking, pronunciation and vocabulary for use classroom and social situations. The course is intended for high intermediate level students. Learner outcomes include improved ability to understand the meaning of spoken utterances and to communicate with English speakers by using appropriate language structures and vocabulary with intelligible pronunciation. Students will practice in-class and out-of-class listening and speaking tasks which will help develop the students’ communicative competence.
