NURS 1250 - Preparation for NCLEX-PN Examination Credits: 2 Prepares the qualified student to transition into the role of practical nurse. The nursing process and critical thinking skills are utilized in the study and application of content essential to client care across the health continuum. The clinical experience builds upon the concepts and skills introduced in the first semester of the nursing program. Clinical experience expands critical thinking related to the role and scope of practice of the LPN.
