EET 2110 - Semiconductor Circuits Credits: 4 Introduction to the design and analysis of semiconductor circuits using diodes, transistors, op-amps, field effect devices, thyristors, and regulators. Lecture and lab combination. Laboratory activities to include the design, construction, computer simulation, and analysis of semiconductor circuits, amplifiers and power supplies.
