CMGT 2640 - Construction Estimating

Credits: 3
An introduction to material take-offs, labor cost estimate, equipment cost, price extensions and competitive bidding. Various building systems will be discussed and evaluated. Formulas will be input into software such as Microsoft Excel to provide students with an experience in computerized estimating & takeoffs.

Prerequisite: CMGT 1410  and CMGT 1450  
Semester: Fall & Spring
