ECON 2800 - Economics of Globalization, Inequality, and Sustainability Credits: 3 Provides students with an understanding of the global economic environment and global economic systems. It describes the mutual interconnectedness and interdependence of firms, consumers, and economies around the world. The course examines the impact of global trade on economic development, inequality, and natural resource use across nations and regions and the importance of sustainability to long-term economic development. It is recommended that students take ECON 2020 in the same semester as this course.
