EGMT 1700 - Electrical Principles for Alternative Energy

Credits: 3

This course is designed to provide students with a solid foundation of electrical principle  and concepts for the energy industry. Topics include: electrical quantities; static electricity; electron theory; magnetism; resistors; Ohms Law; series and parallel circuits; combination circuits; electrical safety; energy; and work. It is recommended students complete MATH 0990 or CEBA 0010 prior to taking this course.
