MGT 2080 - Employment Law Credits: 3 This course will introduce the students to Federal and State Employment Laws and guide them in identifying best Human Resource Management practices to avoid legal liability. Students will employ frameworks to identify violations of employment laws in case studies and create plans to prevent violations in future.
Recommended Prerequisite: BUS 1010 or BUS 1050 or MGT 2070 Semester: Spring
