MEEN 2010 - Statics

Credits: 3   |  Additional Course Fee Required
Principles of forces and motion, moments and couples; resultant and static equilibrium of general force system; statically equivalent systems, moment of area, centroid, center of mass, gravity and pressure; friction; moment of inertia. Free body method of analysis and principles applied to engineering problems.

Prerequisite: MATH 1210 
Recommended Prerequisite: PHYS 2210
