TEPN 1460 - Geriatric Nursing: Enhancing Quality of Life Credits: 2 This course provides LPN students with essential knowledge of the aging process and the healthcare needs of older adults. Topics include age-related physical and mental changes, common conditions in aging populations, and the role of LPNs in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Students will develop skills in communication, ethical considerations, and promoting quality of life for elderly patients across healthcare settings.
