Bridge Program
SLCC’s Summer Bridge Program is an 8-week program offering free summer tuition, financial support, and access to dedicated staff and faculty. Completing the program, which includes an English 1010 class and a student success course with math components, will earn you the title of Bruin Scholar and continued support throughout your time at SLCC. The SLCC Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Department partners with high schools and SLCC academic departments to build a comprehensive college experience for motivated and academically prepared high school students. ePortfolios are used to tell your General Education learning story while at SLCC. We also use ePortfolios to assess and continuously improve teaching and learning. You can use the ePortfolio card on My SLCC to create your ePortfolio, access online tutorials, schedule a virtual or in-person appointment for one-on-one help, find examples of outstanding student ePortfolios, and learn about our ePortfolio tuition waiver.

Financial Aid
SLCC’s Financial Aid Office educates students on the types of financial aid available and assists students in completing the free application for federal student aid (FAFSA) and informs them of the requirements to keep financial aid. Students may also learn about non-Title IV aid sources of funding, such as scholarships, tuition waiver programs and the SLCC Promise Program. International Student Services
International Student Services offers a wide variety of services and programs to international students at Salt Lake Community College. MySuccess is an online platform accessible through your MySLCC account that allows students to engage with their SLCC community. Students can schedule appointments with SLCC instructors and service providers, view their course schedules, raise their virtual hand if they have questions or concerns, and receive informational messages regarding SLCC resources, events, and course updates. The OneCard Office provides school identification and specialty cards to staff, faculty, students, and community members giving them unique access to a wide variety of college facilities and events. Orientation and Transition
Orientation and Transition support students’ onboarding to SLCC, helping them seamlessly integrate into the campus community. We kick off each academic year with Bruin Bash, a free student event to celebrate the new school year. Unsure about the class registration process?
