PHYS 1090 - Pathways to Physics

This course gives an overview of physics as a field of study. Students will be introduced to the SLCC physics program as well as the programs of the transfer partners within the state. Career options for students graduating with a four-year or higher degree in physics will be explored. Students will have the opportunity to meet with four-year peers at varied in-state institutions and learn the resources available to them post-transfer.
