SASS is a self-defense program which focuses on empowering anyone who identifies as female, trans or femme through education, prevention, awareness, and self-defense training by instilling self-confidence and the ability to advocate for oneself. The SASS Program includes a unique self-defense system that utilizes parts of the body and voice for protection.
