HLAC 2105 - Principles of Cardiorespiratory Training Credits: 1 An intermediate course designed to provide students with the knowledge and practice of cardiorespiratory training. Emphasis is in understanding cardiorespiratory modalities, manipulation of volume and intensity, and how it affects training adaptation and cardiorespiratory health. Students will get to experience various cardiorespiratory training concepts and modalities through in-class and out-of-class workouts.
