HLAC 1025 - Strength and Cardio Training

This is a strength and cardio conditioning class which may include jogging, bands, interval training, body weight and strength exercises. This course covers proper guidelines to monitor target heart rate, technique and safety. This course is designed to encourage lifelong fitness.
