CJ 2500 - Social Violence & Change: Gangs, Genocide, Revolution, War & Violence Prevention Credits: 3 This course analyzes theories and types of social violence and change occurring nationally and globally. Students will examine and analyze gangs, genocide, war, and revolution; along with violent actions such as: sexual assault, rape, murder, torture, brutality, oppression, trafficking, and terrorism. The course concludes with violence prevention, peace strategies, methods, theories and tactics.
