KAIT 0118 - Programmable Logic Controllers II

Contact Hours: 96
This course covers the CompactLogix, covering the programming, setup and connection, operation, editing, for PLC motor control and other applications. Course will also cover basic PanelView Plus terminal operation/Human Machine Interface (HMI) and programming. PLC instruction set, to include, PLC Timer and Counter Instructions, Program Control Instructions, and Analog/Digital inputs and outputs. 

Recommended Prerequisite: Completion of previous support courses or equivalent education and/or experience. Completion of KET2 0250  or industry experience equal to course outcomes.
