Admissions
SLCC admissions advisors provide information on enrollment steps, academic programs, paying for college, and transfer options to prospective students, family members, high school counselors and community partners. Center for Health and Counseling
The Center for Health and Counseling promotes and supports student success and personal development by providing quality, accessible, affordable, culturally sensitive and confidential services through an integrative and collaborative approach to medical care, mental health counseling, health education and massage therapy. Concurrent Enrollment
The SLCC Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Department partners with high schools and SLCC academic departments to build a comprehensive college experience for motivated and academically prepared high school students. ePortfolio
SLCC has many resources to help you create and work on your ePortfolio. On the ePortfolio help site you find basic ePortfolio information, online tutorials, locations and hours of ePortfolio labs where you can get one-on-one help, examples of outstanding student ePortfolios, as well as ePortfolio scholarship and other basic information. Financial Aid
SLCC’s Financial Aid Office educates students on the types of financial aid available and assists students in completing the free application for federal student aid (FAFSA) and informs them of the requirements to keep financial aid. First-Year Experience (FYE)
FYE staff leads services and events to ensure the successful transition of new students and their support network into SLCC’s academic and social environments by providing Area of Study Orientations, relaying current resources and policies throughout the year and teaching skills for student success. International Student Services
International Student Services offers a wide variety of services and programs to international students at Salt Lake Community College. We are your headquarters for immigration advising, personal support, academic support, cultural adjustment, and provide opportunities for friendship and leadership. We present a special international orientation at the beginning of each semester which introduces new students to the immigration regulations, the U.S. educational system, Salt Lake Community College resources, and cross-cultural differences. One Card
The OneCard Office provides school identification and specialty cards to staff, faculty, students and community members giving them unique access to a wide variety of college facilities and events. STEM Learning Resources
The STEM Learning Resources department works in collaboration with all Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics departments to provide a variety of free academic support services. These services include tutoring, workshops and project-based learning.
