HLAC 1068 - Kettlebell Conditioning (LW) Credits: 1 A vigorous introduction to utilizing kettlebells for conditioning to increase health and fitness. Kettlebell training is utilized to increase strength, power, endurance and agility. This course includes a focus on Lifelong Wellness.
