CJ 2350 - Laws of Evidence   Credits: 3   This course covers principles and law regarding evidence in criminal cases. Special attention will be placed on the Constitutional limitations on arrest, search and seizure, and impact of the exclusionary rule on law enforcement techniques and practices.
