MGT 2070 - Human Resource Management Credits: 3 This course examines organizational and people development from the manager, supervisor, and HR professional perspectives. Emphasis is on the interdependencies of HR roles: recruitment, selection, training, development, evaluation, compensation, and separation. Other topics include job analysis and design, HR planning, motivation, workplace environment, and organizational behavior.
