CJ 2330 - Juvenile Justice Credits: 3 This course examines juvenile crime, trial and sentencing, alternatives to juvenile incarceration, community-based services, and prosecution of juveniles as adults. This course may include laws regarding child abuse, foster care, termination of parental rights, child custody, adoption and the evolving nature of juvenile law.
