This course is an introduction to foundation level computer and network security skills. Students will learn skills to secure a wide variety of operating systems, devices and networks.
Students will also learn about risk management techniques and response methods. Students will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to take the CompTIA Security+ certification exam.

Prerequisite: Requires Instructor or Department Coordinator approval for enrollment
