CJ 1220 - Justice, Peace and Conflict Studies Credits: 3 This course explores justice, peace and conflict studies by examining retributive, transformative, punitive and restorative justice. Students will analyze strategies for addressing conflict, such as, mediation and negotiation, while applying four schools of thought - social science, business, legal and humanities; and takes a theoretical and practical look at power, violence, and social control.
