KCUL 0110 - NRAEF ServSafe Certificate    Clock Hours: 30  ServSafe™ is a food and beverage ANSI accredited food safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program was created by the industry to establish standardized guidelines for food safety, sanitation and quality food preparation. Participants study the principles of sanitation, personal hygiene, food safety, housekeeping and health regulation.
