CSIS 1124 - Introduction to Microsoft Windows Desktop Credits: 3 This course provides competencies that focus on teaching configuration tasks performed on the client system in a business environment. Students will be prepared take the Windows 10(MD-100) and Managing Modern Desktops(MD-101) exams. The course is taught at an introductory level and includes learning and practice common configurations and troubleshooting tasks performed by a desktop administrator.
