BIOL 1090 - Human Biology (LS) Credits: 3 Students will learn the foundational concepts of biology, gain basic scientific literacy, and critically examine the relationship between science and society through a series of real-world case studies. The course focuses on humans as biological entities, but further emphasizes the continuity of life, evolutionary relationships, and the interactions among humans and other living organisms.
Prerequisite: ENGL 0900 w/C grade or better, or appropriate placement score Semester: Fall, Spring, Summer
