PILT 2460 - Turbo Transition Fixed Wing Lab

Credits: 1
Students will learn the proper techniques for the use and limitations of high altitude operations, and the aeromedical factors related to changes in pressure and the use of oxygen at high altitude. The course will provide training on turbo charged engines. Preflight & in-flight ops during various phases of flight, and abnormal & emergency flight operations will be covered.

Prerequisite: PILT 1150  & PILT 2220
