MGT 2080 - Employment Law

Credits: 3
Significant human resource laws, Supreme Court decisions and executive orders affecting management of human issues within the organization are examined. Legislation in areas of equal employment opportunity, hiring, firing, compensation, discrimination, disabled applicants & employees, immigration, harrassment, and management practices will be studied.

Recommended Prerequisite: BUS 1050
