Students learn basic principles of English grammar including punctuation, capitalization, number usage, sentence structure, nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, and conjunctions. In addition, the course includes spelling, dictionary and reference manual usage, paragraph, e-mail, essay, memo, and letter writing, and proofreading.
