    A capstone course for second year Animation/Multimedia and Web Design students.     Learn practical welding and cutting skills using the oxy-acetylene welding process on carbon steel and understand Oxy-Acetylene equipment and flame adjustment. Upon completion of this course students have a better understanding of how to read and manipulate the weld puddle as related to other welding processes. Topics in this course will include server operating system versions, installations and deployment, implementing storage solutions including disks and volumes, Data Deduplication, high availability, clustering solutions, disaster recovery, virtualization with Hyper-V, along with maintenance and monitoring of servers in physical and computer environments. Students will also be introduced to Active Directory and additional concepts related to implementing, managing and maintaining Windows domain and network environments.

Topics covered in this course will include Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, IP Address Management (IPAM), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Network Address Translation (NAT), and Network Policy Server (NPS) among additional network infrastructure-related topics.
