Course Numbering Information:
Courses at SLCC are identified by an alphabetic prefix (two to four letters) followed by a four-digit number. Numbers beginning with a “1” generally indicate a course designed primarily for freshmen (such as ENGL 1010 ); numbers beginning with a “2” generally indicate courses designed primarily for sophomores (such as MATH 2010 ); numbers beginning with a “0” generally indicate preparatory courses that are non-transferable (such as WRTG 0990 ).

  • ART 2980 - Special Topics in Multimedia

    Credits: 1-6
    This course allows Multimedia majors to learn special skills or techniques, hone specific skills, learn new software or explore special topics in a classroom setting.

    Prerequisite: Instructor approval

    Credits: 1-3
    After completing all available courses in an area of study, students have the opportunity to pursue advanced study with a faculty member on an individual basis. Students must consult with that faculty member about details and permission.
