UNIVERSITY OF UTAH - Early Childhood Education
This program has been discontinued at the University of Utah.  Students interested in teaching K-3rd will now be required to pursue the Elementary Education (K-6) degree.  Please see requirements above.  Meet with the Education Academic Advisor for further information.

UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY - Early Childhood Education K-3 Certification
General Education (with some specific choices), EDU 1010, FHS 1500, FHS 2600/0010, FHS 2610/0011, MATH 1050, MATH 2010 AND MATH 2020. Classes may need to be passed with a certain grade, meet with the Education Academic Advisor for further information. USU requires each student to have an emphasis area, there are additional SLCC courses that can transfer to fulfill those. Meet with the Education Academic Advisor for further information.

WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY - Early Childhood Education
General Education (with some specific choices), ART 1020 (fulfills FA requirement at SLCC), COMM 1020 (fulfills Student Choice requirement at SLCC) or COMM 2110 (fulfills ID requirement at SLCC), GEOG 1300 (fulfills ID requirement at SLCC), EDU 1010, EDU 2010, EDU 2110, ENGL 2330, FHS 1500, FHS 2500/0010, FHS 2600/0010, FHS 2610/0011, FHS 2620/0010, FHS 2640, MATH 2010, MATH 2020.
